SERENITY ART VILLA

ELOUNDA

Elounda is a laid-back small seaside town on the northeast coast of Crete, with calm, clear water and sheltered sandy beaches. It sits on Mirabello Bay, looking across to Spinalonga—an old Venetian fortress island you can reach by a short boat trip. It’s great for snorkelling, you can explore the sunken city of Olous, and if you’re lucky, you might even spot turtles in the bay.

Away from the coast, you’ll find olive groves, hills, and quiet mountain villages, with plenty to explore if you fancy seeing more of the island. If you're looking to stay somewhere more lively then Agios Nikolaos, a much larger town, is a 15-20 minute drive south. It has lots of restaurants, shops, and bars, as well as a pretty marina and lakeside promenade. North of Elounda is a small but stunning picturesque fishing village called Plaka.

Greece is one of our favourite countries, so it felt like the perfect place to celebrate. We chose this villa for its incredible views and privacy. There’s plenty of space for both dancing and relaxing, with shaded and air-conditioned areas if you need a break from the heat. Greek law means outdoor music must be turned down after 11pm, so the party will move downstairs to the villa's own underground club.
